Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services supplied by Evershine Transport Limited (Company Registration Number 13507458, VAT 388919914).

1. Trade-Only Supply

Services are supplied exclusively to tour operators, DMCs and trade partners. We do not contract directly with individual passengers.

2. Quotations

Quotations are based on itinerary detail provided at time of pricing. Changes to routing, timings, passenger numbers or access constraints may result in revised pricing.

3. Itinerary Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate schedules, hotel details, attraction timings and passenger counts.

4. Compliance

All services operate in accordance with UK transport law including driver hours and road safety legislation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed in writing at time of contract. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the contracted service except where prohibited by law.
